Owner & Director

Before acquiring Maple, Liam served for 16 years as a Royal Marines Commando Officer, leading teams in demanding environments where planning, accountability, discipline and leadership were essential.

His experience developed a strong understanding of operational excellence, risk management, team development and delivering results under pressure. Liam’s career has centred on building high-performing teams, delivering complex operational outputs and implementing technology and processes that improve productivity and efficiency. This same approach now underpins Maple’s commitment to delivering exceptional facilities support.. 

These principles now help shape the way Maple operates every day.
From contract mobilisation and service delivery through to customer communication and quality assurance, the same commitment to professionalism and accountability runs throughout the business.
